Tim Werner

Tim Werner is the Project Manager for the Wildheart subsidiary known as (HCDC)
Harrisburg Community Development Corporation. He has been in the construction
industry for 40 years in both residential and commercial development. Job titles have
included carpenter, foreman, estimator, project manager, preconstruction manager and
director of a preconstruction department. He has worked on projects from $10,000 to
$40 Million. Tim will lead the affordable housing and community development initiative
including grant and funding opportunities, community engagement, potential homebuyer
engagement, site development, project development, and project management.

Tim is a lifelong Harrisburg area resident and has aspired to give back to his community
using the talents he has been gifted. He has been called to serve in this ministry and is
excited to contribute to the expanded services Wildheart provides to the community of
Allison Hill. Tim and his wife Krista live in northeastern York County and he enjoys his
family, friends, bicycles, hikes and kayaks.
