We are working to EMPOWER FOOD SECURITY, EDUCATE INDIVIDUALS ON FOOD SYSTEMS and celebrate INNOVATION FOR SELF-SUFFICIENCY!

The Power of Partnership

A once blighted lot owned by the Harrisburg School District is now a flourishing farm and asset to the entire community! These solutions are possible when people do the hard work of building big tables so that everyone can eat.

We believe that by providing access to healthy food and promoting healthy living we can foster the seeds of seeing sustainable lifestyle changes within our community.

1. Healthy Learning- Creating space for students to learn about food systems, food production and healthy habits
2. Healthy Eating- Serving as a host site for a local farmers market showcasing local growers within the City of Harrisburg.
3. Healthy Futures- Empowering Healthy lifestyles and life skills related to self-sufficiency with food producation.
